It is my great honor and privilege in welcoming you all to the KSE 2021 Annual Symposium.

As an international symposium, the 51st Autumn Symposium of Korean Society of Echocardiography[KSE 2021] would be held for two days on November 27th(Sat.) and 28th(Sun.) 2021 in Grand Walkerhill Seoul. Hoping to see you all in the venue of symposium as the social distancing is relieved in November, we will make the best efforts to observe the quarantine guidelines, so all the members could safely and healthily participate in the autumn symposium.

The Autumn Symposium 2021 will be continuously expanding the spectrum of symposium including the treatment and research of various heart diseases including structural heart diseases without limiting to cardiac imaging. We invited 17 eminent, distinguished foreign speakers and included 8 English main sessions to promote virtual participation from abroad. This year, by sharing the newest views in the echocardiography area and educating the essential knowledge, we will promote the explicit expansion of the Korean Society of Echocardiography by improving the research & treatment competencies of members, and also faithfully prepare the Basic Echo Review Course for the beginners in the field of the echocardiography.

We deeply thank the society executives and interested parties who put much time and hard work for holding the safe and substantial symposium. We are confident that this autumn symposium would become a passionate gathering where the members directly participate and enthusiastically communicate with the audience.
